In a sense, silicone products still have a wide range of applications, such as children's silicone scrapers, silicone protective bags, silicone kitchen spoons, silicone gloves and consumer electronics accessories, silicone protective sleeves, etc. Silicone product stores are everywhere in every street and alley. It is the non-toxic, odorless and high-temperature properties of silicone that determine its field of application. The production process varies from one silicone product to another.   1. Molding
  Compression molding, this manufacturing process is the most common. It is mainly done through the cooperation of molds. The shape of the mold determines the shape of the silicone product. Molded silicone products are usually manufactured by using a high-temperature mold into which solid silicone raw materials with vulcanizing agents are added, and then pressure is applied through a vulcanizer. The high-temperature sulfur is cured. The hardness of molded silicones is typically 30°C-70°C. The process is relatively simple and is applicable to all silicone products.


 
  2. Injection
  The injection process requires relatively high quality and is a combination of liquid silicone and plastic. Its products show good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, and no toxic and harmful substances are produced during combustion. Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production design of health care products, automobiles, baby products, medical products, diving products, kitchen appliances and seals.

 
  3. Extrusion
  Extrusion molding, whose products are usually formed by extruding silicone through an extruder. Usually, extruded silicone has a long shape and can be cut into tubes at will. The shape of the product is relatively simple, mostly in the form of strips. Silicone tubing is widely used in medical and mechanical equipment fields, and can also be used as a cushioning agent for packaging materials.
 
4. Calendering
  Silicone rubber is kneaded and mixed with silica, silicone oil, etc. to form a rubber compound, which is then calendered to produce a sheet. The film prepared by calendering has significant differences in physical and mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions. This phenomenon is the calendering effect. This is manifested by the fact that the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than the transverse, the transverse elongation of the film is greater than the longitudinal, and the longitudinal shrinkage of the film is greater than the transverse. The calendering effect is the result of the orientation of the macromolecular, needle-like and sheet-like coordination agents in the rubber compound along the calendering direction during the calendering process. The size of the calendering effect is related to the composition of the rubber compound, the calendering temperature, speed, speed ratio, etc. It is mainly used for larger products, such as silicone film, silicone sheet, etc.
 
  5. Infusion
  Casting molds or casting dies are used for relatively smooth or simple products. There is no mold line that can save labor and time. In other words, the product or model to be reproduced is surrounded by plastic or glass plates, the vacuum silicone is poured directly onto the product, and after the silicone is dried and molded, the product is removed and then the mold is formed. It is a combination of solid and liquid. Its application products, such as cell phone covers, luggage covers, etc.

 
  6.Coating
  Strong adhesion; good flowability, easy to defoam. Catalyzed by platinum complex, non-toxic and odorless. Excellent thermal stability and cold resistance after molding (use temperature -60℃ ~ 200℃), good air permeability, heat resistance and certain tensile strength; excellent performance of anti-slip; no pollution low hardness strong adhesion of planting adhesive. Abrasion resistance, washing resistance, high temperature resistance; high three-dimensionality, smooth fabric, soft, supple, excellent texture, good elasticity, resistant to washing and dry cleaning. Mainly used in fabrics with anti-aging effect, such as silicone gloves, rain shoes, etc.
